GLAD, Inc. invites you on June 3, 2017 to our Stars on Laverna Avenue event, a red carpet experience featuring “Love Is Never Silent”, a film about a young woman who struggles with being a “bridge” between her deaf parents and the world and her own need for independence. This film won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Drama/Comedy Special.
It will be from 1PM to 5PM at GLAD, Inc. Dress your best, treat yourself to delicious appetizers and a glass of wine, and follow the red carpet to our historical auditorium for a special screening of “Love Is Never Silent” followed by a discussion with co-executive producer Julianna Fjeld and screenwriter Darlene. This is the experience you do not want to miss.
Ticket is $50 per person. Ticket sale will open on April 17, 2017.
